1) s-->l-->g entropy increases.  Whereas g-->l-->s entropy decreases. When looking at equations see if they are becoming more gaseous or more to solids.

2) more moles of gas means more entropy.  So 2 moles gas --> 4 moles of gas is an increase in entropy
